Small teams, short reporting lines, and a strong preference for people who will say when something is wrong. Underwriters here read whole files and are expected to form a view rather than defer to a score.
What we look for
- Judgement over credentials — we care more about how you reason than where you trained
- A willingness to explain a decline properly rather than hiding behind policy
- Comfort with complexity, because the simple cases go elsewhere
- Directness, delivered without unpleasantness
What we offer
Salaries benchmarked annually and paid at or above the real Living Wage at every level. Hybrid working with two days a week in Gatwick. Professional qualifications funded. No commission on product sales, deliberately.
