Home Loans

Home Loans

Residential mortgages, remortgage and bridging, including cases the high street declines.

Overview

High-value and non-standard mortgages are underwritten by a person who reads the whole file. Complex income, foreign earnings, portfolio landlords and unusual properties are where we do our best work, because those are the cases an automated decision engine cannot price.

Eligibility at a glance

  • Aged 21 or over; maximum age at term end assessed case by case
  • Deposit or equity typically from 15%, lower considered with supporting security
  • Property must be in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland
  • Independent valuation and legal representation required
