Our business
Egnatia Platinum Finance is a UK private finance firm based in Gatwick. Our supply chain is small and consists principally of technology suppliers, professional advisers and facilities services.
Our position
We have a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking. We expect the same of everyone we work with.
Due diligence
We assess suppliers before engagement, with closer scrutiny where a supplier operates in a higher-risk sector or jurisdiction. Contracts include obligations to comply with modern slavery legislation and to allow us to verify compliance.
Our people
All staff are employed under written contracts, paid at or above the real Living Wage, and are free to leave. We do not use unpaid internships and we do not hold anyone's identity documents.
Training
Staff involved in procurement and in client due diligence receive training on identifying indicators of forced labour and trafficking, including in the context of lending decisions.
