Chief Executive
Gregory has run deposit-taking institutions through two credit cycles and takes the view that most banking problems are people problems wearing a spreadsheet. He joined Egnatia to build a bank that answers the telephone. He chairs the executive committee and, by his own insistence, still reads every complaint that reaches the second stage.

Chief Financial Officer
Adaeze is responsible for the balance sheet, capital and liquidity. She spent a decade in treasury before moving to the finance seat, which she says makes her harder to mislead about where the money actually sits. She is the executive who says no to growth that is funded badly.

Chief Operating Officer
Quentin owns payments, service and the operational plumbing clients only notice when it fails. He came up through clearing and settlement, and holds the unfashionable view that an operations department is judged on the days nothing happens. He is accountable for the bank staying open.

Chief Risk Officer
Wen-Li owns credit, operational and financial-crime risk. She introduced the staged clearance process now used on larger transfers after investigating a fraud where every individual control had worked and the money still left. She has the standing to stop a transaction, and uses it.

Chief Technology Officer
Jakub is responsible for the banking platform, the client portal and the security that sits under both. He built payment systems before he ran them, and argues that most security failures are design failures that were visible years earlier. He owns the off-site mirror that keeps a second copy of every client record.

Chairman
Rajiv chairs the board. He regards the chairman's job as asking the question nobody in the room wants asked, and keeps the board independent of the executive it oversees. He leads the monthly review of credit quality, complaints and operational incidents.
